Course Registration Request

Step 1: Get info on the courses that might interest you.
Step 2: Verify with employer, school, etc. that the course will meet your needs.
Step 3: Register on-line for most programs.  (in this section of the page) If a company is being billed or you have special needs please call by phone.
Step 4: Receive your confirmation with important information on your selection via email - you need to provide a day-time phone number and an email address for confirmation & receipt of your credit transaction. (Be sure to check your spam folder, the confirmation will come from a Red Cross .org domain.)

Due to safety concerns, no pets are allowed in our classrooms.  Please make child care arrangements in fairness to other participants; even the best behaved infant or child will be distracting to you and others. We always do our best to accommodate for disabilities; please talk with us if you have special needs. All courses are done in small groups and require registration in advance. We do not accept walk-ins; instructors are not permitted to accept unregistered persons.  Please be careful in selecting a course that meets the needs of you, your employer, and/or regulator; there are no refunds and your registration is not transferable into another program unless we cancel a course for any reason.  If we need to cancel due to lack of enrollment, it is normally done 3 workdays prior to the course; you will have the option of a free transfer or full refund.  Courses are taught in English on a 5th grade language and reading level.

Pay attention to any requirements (such as minimum age) shown for the course.  Also, if you
are selecting a Review Challenge, be aware it is not a course, it is strictly a testing environment;
it is up to you to review materials in advance when you select a Challenge.

When you submit your registration request we will process it on a space-available basis.  Payment must accompany the registration or we are unable to consider it for seating.  You will receive a confirmation via e-mail when your registration is accepted.  Submitting a registration does NOT automatically give you a seat in the course you have selected. Your credit card will not be charged unless you are registered for a course.

**If YOU cancel or request a transfer at least 3 business days in advance of the program you will be charged a $20 administrative fee.  There are NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS after that time unless WE cancel for any reason; in which case you will receive a refund or can be transferred.

Storm cancellations are listed on the main page of this site and by calling 874-1192 ext 200 or 795-4004 ext 200 1 - 2 hours prior to the start of your course.
